    Description

    We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized Administrative Assistant to support our Development & Community Relations team. This role sits at the center of our fundraising operations-- managing our donor database, coordinating gift processing, supporting communications, and helping bring our events and outreach efforts to life.     What You'll Do

    • Own day-to-day donor database management - accurate, timely gift entry, receipting, and acknowledgement
    • Coordinate gift entry, data hygiene, and reporting alongside the DCR and Finance teams
    • Build and distribute weekly and monthly CRM reports and dashboards, tracking KPIs and trends
    • Maintain clean, accurate mailing lists for appeals, stewardship, and donor communications
    • Manage donor mailings end-to-end, including coordination with outside vendors
    • Oversee online gift processing and receipting
    • Provide general administrative support to the DCR team: calendars, digital files, collateral inventory
    • Support the DCR Board Committee, including taking minutes and responding to member questions
    • Update the agency website in coordination with web developers and DCR staff
    • Track and report on social media activity for leadership and the Board committee
    • Help plan and staff community outreach events and tables, including some evenings and weekends
    • Assist with in-kind donation solicitation and volunteer coordination

    Required:

    • High school diploma (Associate degree preferred; Bachelor's a plus)
    • Two years of office experience
    • Experience with relational donor databases and reporting (e.g., DonorPerfect)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
    • Familiarity with WordPress or other web content tools
    • A professional, discreet approach to sensitive and confidential information
    • Reliable transportation and the ability to pass required background checks

    Preferred:

    • Nonprofit development office experience
    • Prior database management experience
    • Interest in expanding digital and livestream/content skills
    • Experience in nonprofit or community mental health settings

    Physical requirements: Ability to access all agency locations; ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.

    • NH State Loan Repayment Program - NH professional license required
