Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA (Remote). The ideal candidate is responsible for designing AI-powered applications, implementing RAG frameworks with LLM integration, and developing scalable APIs and microservices for enterprise AI use cases.
Rate Range: $53/Hour to $60/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer Job Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI applications using Python and AWS services.
Build AI-powered assistants, chatbots, copilots, and autonomous AI agents leveraging LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.
Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases to improve AI response accuracy.
Create and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and scalable cloud-based architectures for enterprise AI applications.
Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, latency, and cost while ensuring adherence to security, privacy, and Responsible AI standards.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and data scientists to deliver end-to-end AI solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
6-8 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, Python, and AWS cloud services.
Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions, including RAG architectures, vector databases, and integration of LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama.
Strong proficiency in developing scalable REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native AI applications, with a focus on security, performance optimization, and Responsible AI practices.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $60.00 per hour
