Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will develop, customize, and support OpenText Documentum and xCP solutions while managing integrations, migrations, and enterprise content management workflows.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer Job Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and customize OpenText Documentum and Documentum xCP applications, including workflows, case management solutions, and enterprise content management integrations.

  • Design, build, and support Java/Spring Boot and REST API-based applications, ensuring scalable and secure enterprise solutions.

  • Perform Documentum administration activities, including repository maintenance, upgrades, migrations, user management, and system monitoring.

  • Lead data migration initiatives, including data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and post-migration support.

  • Troubleshoot applications, databases, and infrastructure issues through log analysis, root cause investigation, and performance optimization.

  • Manage containerized deployments and CI/CD processes using Kubernetes, Docker, Git, and automation tools while supporting high-availability environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 6-8 years of experience in OpenText Documentum development, administration, and enterprise content management solutions.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in OpenText Documentum, Documentum xCP, DFC, DQL, OTDS, SSO, and enterprise application integrations.

  • Proven experience with Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL/PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Documentum data migration projects.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
