As a Developer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming business needs into innovative, scalable software solutions. In this hands-on, individual contributor role, you'll drive the software development lifecycle-from understanding requirements and designing elegant solutions to coding, testing, documenting, & deploying high-quality applications. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web & enterprise applications across the full stack; front-end & back-end
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Provide Tier-2 support and track down issues with existing software solutions.
- Write & maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and processes
- Other duties as assigned by management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related fields OR equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in a software development role
- Proficient in full-stack development (front-end & back-end technologies)
- Proficient in developing applications using object-oriented programming (OOP) languages (eg., C#, Java, or similar)
- Proficiency working with relational databases ( eg. SQL, PostgreSQL)
- Proficiency working with HTML, CSS, & JavaScript frameworks (eg. React)
- Skilled in RESTful API development & integration
- Skilled with version control systems (Git) & Agile Development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Prior experience supporting production systems and Tier 2 supports
