Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will drive the design, development, and optimization of complex SQL database solutions to support critical business operations.
Rate Range: $53/Hour to $54/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and other database objects.
Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient database solutions.
Optimize query performance and troubleshoot database-related issues to improve system reliability.
Support ETL processes, data integration, and data validation activities across multiple platforms.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality through comprehensive testing and validation checks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality database solutions and provide timely updates on project risks and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in SQL development, database design, and data integration.
Strong expertise in SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL, including advanced SQL programming, performance tuning, and query optimization.
Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, database design, and Agile development methodologies; exposure to Azure DB, Cosmos DB, Shell Scripting, and JSON is preferred.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $54.00 per hour
