Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Mt Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of automated test frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of core banking applications.

Rate Range: $47/Hour to $49/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Core Java for enterprise banking applications.

• Execute functional, integration, API, and end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality software delivery across complex systems.

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to validate requirements and deliver robust testing solutions.

• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and support Quality Engineering best practices within Agile environments.

• Analyze test results, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution of quality issues.

• Mentor QA teams establish automation standards and ensure compliance with quality governance and banking industry requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including 3+ years in a QA Architect or Test Automation Architect role.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Java-based test automation using Selenium, Playwright, Core Java, API automation, and CI/CD integration.

• Experience within the banking or financial services domain, with exposure to core banking systems, mainframe applications, and Agile delivery environments.

Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour
