    • Duties: This role provides advanced-level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications under general direction, and leads backend optimization, data integration, documentation, and secure, scalable architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
    • Skillset:
    • Technical Expertise with full-stack development (Websockets, Node, Typescript, Python, React), AWS, LLM, system architecture, and real-time messaging
    • Strong debugging, monitoring (splunk/honeycomb), production support, CI/CD
    • Cross team collaboration, solution design, and stakeholder communication
    Notes:
    Javascript, typescript, genesys is a huge plus, OAuth /Github is helpful, websockets exp for messaging. CI/CD pipelining, NextJS is helpful. Chatbot exp, Agile , AWS, Lambdas, S3s
