Introduction

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team in McLean, VA. This role requires a strong background in software development with a focus on Java/J2EE technologies. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on programming and development experience, delivering high-quality engineering deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Full Stack development, including React, JavaScript, Python, Java, and Angular.
  • Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and enhancing code using Java, Python, scripting, and DevOps tools.
  • Exposure to Gen AI tools like Kiro and Amazon Queue.
  • Experience with Jenkins.
  • Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced studies or degree in a related field.
  • Experience with enterprise-grade web content management platforms (e.g., Acquia, SiteCorp).
  • Expertise in managing tools related to knowledge management and content tools (e.g., Drupal).
  • Technical knowledge of communication channels, deliverability, and compliance.
  • Experience collaborating with business leaders in marketing, HR, legal, and compliance teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
