What You Will Do

• Design and implement developer experience strategies to enhance productivity and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline workflows using CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS and Azure to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain internal tools that facilitate seamless integration and deployment processes.
• Analyze developer feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve the development environment.
• Lead initiatives to enhance documentation and onboarding processes for new developers.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails.
• Proven experience with cloud services, specifically AWS and Azure, in a production environment.
• Expertise in CI/CD practices and tools, particularly Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving developer workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred

• Experience with marketplace platforms or similar business models.
• Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and agile practices.
• Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in developer communities.

Compensation and Benefits
