Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract job with a client in Dallas, TX / Austin, TX / Bay Area, CA / Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate must have strong experience with Yardi Voyager, Property Management Accounting, and Yardi System Administration, along with expertise supporting user access, property setup, entity structures, and financial configurations.
Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer job responsibilities include:
Manage and support Yardi user administration activities, including new user creation, role assignments, security access, and permission management.
Configure and maintain property setups, entity structures, and organizational hierarchies within the Yardi platform.
Create and maintain General Ledger accounts and Chart of Accounts configurations based on approved business requests.
Provide controlled access to prior accounting periods based on approved incidents and operational requirements.
Support Yardi Voyager functionality across property management, accounting, investment management, and reporting processes.
Troubleshoot system issues, investigate user requests, and provide functional support to business stakeholders.
Develop and execute SQL queries, perform data analysis, and support reporting requirements utilizing knowledge of the Yardi database structure.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
6-8 years of experience supporting Yardi Voyager platforms.
Strong expertise in: Yardi Voyager 7, Core Commercial Modules, Property Management Accounting, Entity & Property Setup, User Security Administration, General Ledger Management, Financial Reporting
Experience with: Investment Management, Job Costing, Construction Accounting, Advanced Budgeting, Fund Accounting, International Accounting Principles, Tax / VAT Processes.
Strong knowledge of Yardi database structures and SQL scripting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Voyager 8 Construction Manager.
Knowledge of enterprise financial systems and property management processes.
Experience supporting large-scale real estate, property management, or investment organizations.
Familiarity with system integrations, reporting tools, and data migration activities.
Strong communication and client-facing support experience.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
