Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will develop and support workflow-driven applications using React, Python, Camunda BPM, and AI-powered automation.
Rate Range: $56/Hour to $60/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain React-based front-end applications with seamless API integration and responsive user experience.
Design, implement, and optimize Camunda BPM workflows, including user tasks, service tasks, gateways, and event-driven processes.
Build and enhance secure Python REST APIs to support workflow automation and enterprise application integrations.
Develop scalable orchestration solutions using Camunda External Tasks with robust error handling, retries, and monitoring capabilities.
Integrate AI agents and LLM-powered capabilities into business workflows while ensuring governance, auditability, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end workflow automation solutions and support analytics integration with Databricks and downstream systems.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in software development with expertise in enterprise application development and workflow automation.
Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, Python, REST API development, and Camunda BPM 7 in large-scale production environments.
Experience integrating AI/LLM-based solutions, workflow orchestration, and cloud-native applications with a focus on scalability and performance.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $60.00 per hour
