Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience designing and maintaining scalable distributed systems, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and resolving application vulnerabilities in enterprise environments.
Rate Range: $49/hour to $51/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer Job Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET and Java-based microservices in a distributed systems environment.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs while ensuring high performance, reliability, and security of applications.
Develop, optimize, and manage SQL/NoSQL databases to support enterprise-scale applications and data processing.
Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, and Gradle for seamless application delivery.
Troubleshoot production issues, fix application vulnerabilities, and ensure high system availability in cloud-native environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture design, middleware/infrastructure initiatives, and performance optimization efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
8-10 years of hands-on experience in .NET and Java application development within enterprise environments.
Strong experience with Java (8/11/17), .NET, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and distributed systems.
Proven expertise in CI/CD, cloud-native technologies, middleware/infrastructure projects, vulnerability remediation, and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $51.00 per hour
