Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver internal AI-powered developer tools, including agentic workflows, coding agents, IDE integrations, and command-line experiences, to improve engineering productivity across the software development lifecycle.
- Improve AI system performance through prompt, context and harness engineering.
- Develop data pipelines, benchmarks, and evaluation frameworks to measure code correctness, task completion, latency, reliability, safety, and developer productivity.
- Explore and apply advances in large language models, code intelligence, program analysis, and autonomous software engineering.Minimum Qualifications
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages: Python, Go, Java, C++, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, databases, computer networks, and fundamental system design principles.
- Familiarity with machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, generative AI, or large language models.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional engineering environment.
- Passion for developer tools, infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and improving software engineering productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI-powered developer tools, including agentic workflows, coding agents, IDE extensions, or command-line tools.
- Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, context/harness engineering, MCP, agent skills.
- Publications, open-source contributions, technical blogs, hackathon projects, or a strong portfolio related to AI or developer tooling.
