Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Detail Department Manager to lead our detailing team and ensure every vehicle leaves our dealership looking its absolute best.

Perform professional interior and exterior vehicle detailing.
Lead, train, and oversee the daily operations of the detail department.
Manage workflow and ensure vehicles are completed on time.
Maintain high standards for quality and presentation.
Delegate work and coach team members to improve performance.
Ensure all detailing equipment and supplies are maintained and organized.
Work closely with Sales, Service, and Used Vehicle departments to prioritize vehicles.
Previous automotive detailing experience is required.
Prior leadership or management experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with strong communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
