Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support and exceptional customer service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Deploy and configure desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
• Assist with endpoint administration and security initiatives.
• Support system maintenance, audits, and project tasks.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of desktop support or IT help desk experience.
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, networking, and Active Directory.
• Strong customer service and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
