We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician with 1–3 years of IT experience. New graduates with an Associate Degree in Computer Systems or a related field are also welcome. Candidates should have basic desktop support knowledge and be comfortable troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Provide desktop and technical support to end users.
Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer equipment.
Document service tickets accurately and work within established SLAs.
Provide basic technical training and guidance to end users.
Assist with Microsoft Windows-related issues.
Support day-to-day IT operations and resolve user technical problems.
1–3 years of IT experience.
Desktop support experience preferred.
Knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading computer equipment.
Experience using service tickets and working with SLAs.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to provide basic technical training to end users.
High school diploma required.
Microsoft Windows certification or willingness to obtain it within the first 6 months.
