Description

Pay Range: $17/hr. - $18/hr.

Mission:

Desktop Support Technician supporting an onsite enterprise device refresh/deployment initiative.
Responsible for getting LVS employees fully operational on new Windows 11 endpoints and iOS devices, from provisioning through configuration and troubleshooting.

Day to Day:

Deliver, replace, and upgrade Windows 11 endpoints and iOS devices.
Provision new devices and assist employees with enrollment.
Configure Wi-Fi, Azure MFA, SSO, M365, and Outlook.
Back up and migrate iOS data through OneDrive.
Verify applications, configurations, and peripherals are working.
Troubleshoot deployment issues and escalate when necessary.
Collect, tag, document, and process old devices.

Must Haves:

Hands-on desktop/PC support or deployment experience
Windows 11 support
iOS/iPhone support
M365/Outlook
Azure MFA & SSO
Device provisioning/enrollment
Strong end-user/customer-facing support skills
Basic application/peripheral troubleshooting
