Pay Range: $30 - $31/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM EST (Mon-Fri) – Some OT maybe required
- Provide Level II deskside support for Windows desktops, laptops, Microsoft 365, applications, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, scanner, and mobile device issues.
- Image, configure, deploy, refresh, and maintain IT devices and asset inventory.
- Support manufacturing technology, label printers, RF devices, conference rooms, and site systems.
- Provide Smart Hands support for network equipment, switches, wireless, cabling, racks, and infrastructure projects.
- Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing systems, maintaining accurate documentation and meeting SLAs.
- Coordinate with remote IT/network teams and provide excellent customer service to end users and site leadership.
- Follow security, safety, and operational standards while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; “Desktop Support”, " Windows 10/11", " Hardware Troubleshooting" , " Printer & Peripheral Support" , " Ticketing Systems" , “Asset Management
- 3+ years of experience in desktop, deskside, field, or Level II IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with ServiceNow or a similar IT ticketing system.
- Understanding of TCP/IP and basic networking fundamentals.
- Experience troubleshooting printers, peripherals, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience supporting users in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience with Zebra or similar label printers.
- Knowledge of network switches, wireless infrastructure, and Smart Hands support.
- Experience with IT asset management and hardware lifecycle programs.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or equivalent technical certification.
