Job Summary:This role involves providing essential technical assistance to end-users, ensuring their computer hardware and software are functioning optimally. The position requires diagnosing and resolving a variety of technical issues, as well as performing system updates and setups. Success in this role hinges on strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication with users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve desktop and laptop hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software for new hires.
- Troubleshoot and escalate complex user problems to the appropriate teams.
- Manage and prioritize incoming IT support requests from multiple channels.
- Perform system maintenance, including updates and remote troubleshooting.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficient in both macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and GSuite.
Experience supporting end-users in a corporate environment with both face-to-face and remote interactions is highly valued.
