    What You’ll Do 
    The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for providing on-site technical support for call center operations, end users, desktop devices, peripherals, and production technologies. This role serves as the primary technical resource for incident resolution, workstation support, endpoint compliance, asset management, and operational readiness within a high-volume contact center environment.

    During a Typical Day, You’ll

    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and related equipment.

    • Provide in-person and remote technical support while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

    • Collaborate with Facilities, Network, Security, and Client Technology teams when issues impact production.
    • Monitor and maintain desktop compliance and endpoint health.
    • Troubleshoot workstation connectivity issues involving wired, wireless, VPN, and production network environments.
    • Receive, stage, deploy, recover, and track IT assets.

       

    What You Bring to the Role

    • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

       

    • Minimum 2-3 years of desktop support, help desk, or technical support experience.

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.

    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

    The anticipated range is$62K-$65K per year. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
