Salary: $60K–$75K

Travel: Approximately 10%

About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on Tier 2 Support / Help Desk / Desktop Support professional who wants to grow into networking and higher-level infrastructure work.

You'll support a large and diverse client base in an MSP environment, troubleshooting everything from Microsoft 365 and desktop issues to networking, hardware, and onsite installations.

What You'll Do:

• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 desktop and technical support.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Support Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti networking environments.
• Build, configure, wipe, and reimage PCs.
• Troubleshoot video conferencing and connectivity issues.
• Assist with network equipment, racks, and onsite installations.
• Support multiple customer environments and technologies.

What We're Looking For:

• Tier 2 Help Desk, Desktop Support, IT Support, or Junior Network Administrator experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on PC hardware experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Self-starter who can troubleshoot and learn independently.
• MSP experience strongly preferred.
• Meraki, Ubiquiti, Microsoft Copilot, and AI experience are pluses.
