Desktop Support

Skills: Ability to Configure, Deploy, Install, Migrate, Order, Patch, Replace, Support & Triage Site Infrastructure as follows: 2+ years of IT experience supporting PCs, Servers, Printers and Network Infrastructure. The IT Analyst II is responsible for the IT infrastructure at the site and will be involved in supporting desktops, laptops, NetPCs and servers, printers, VoIP phones and network troubleshooting.

Title: Desktop Support
Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)
Location:  Indianapolis, IN 46268
Schedule Notes: 8am-4:30pm
 
Duties: 
Note: Onsite 5 days per week
 
The IT Analyst II is responsible for the IT infrastructure at the site and will be involved in supporting desktops, laptops, NetPCs and servers, printers, VoIP phones and network troubleshooting.
 
Skills:    

• Ability to Configure, Deploy, Install, Migrate, Order, Patch, Replace, Support & Triage Site Infrastructure as follows:
• 2+ years of IT experience supporting PCs, Servers, Printers and Network Infrastructure
• Wintel/Linux NetPCs, Standard and Process PCs
• Microsoft Windows Server OS
• Client & Manufacturing Printers (Client, Zebra, etc.)
• Ethernet, Wireless, LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, VoIP Phones and VPN
• Provide Standard and Local Software Support — MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Accept and Update/Close ITSM tickets in a timely manner per Service Level Agreement
• Maintain Dashboard Expectations for PCs, ITSM tickets, Telecom and System Vulnerabilities
• Attend & Comply with All Plant, Corporate IT and Safety Required Training or Activities
• Must be self-motivated and willing to work with minimal work direction by applying skills

 
Education:
