Description
- Provide technical assistance for desktop applications and hardware.
- Perform tasks related to imaging, diagnosing, and deploying desktop systems.
- Support mobile devices and printers.
- Deliver in-person support to staff in the Midwest Region.
- Engage with a variety of customers, including executives, using effective communication skills.
- Lead IT service management improvement initiatives based on industry best practices.
- Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Image, diagnose, patch, and deploy IT hardware.
- Communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Identify and implement IT service management improvements.
- Prioritize tasks and execute them with precision.
- Provide escalated support issues resolution.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in diagnosing and deploying desktop systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leading IT service management improvement initiatives.
- Highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- ITIL 4 Foundation or CompTIA A certification preferred.
