Job Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing first- and second-level technical support. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, operating systems, software applications, and peripheral equipment. You will also resolve user incidents, perform software installations, support office technology, assist with file restoration, maintain endpoint security, and ensure the reliable operation of end-user computing environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in installing and configuring desktop computers.
- Proficiency in Windows desktop administration and Microsoft Office support.
- Strong skills in desktop troubleshooting, printer support, and laptop support.
- Experience in mobile device support, software installation, and hardware diagnostics.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Recommended certifications: CompTIA A, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
- Work authorization required: US Citizen Only.
Preferences
- Experience supporting client devices, Dell devices, Lenovo devices, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Familiarity with WebEx, network printers, email configuration, and file recovery solutions.
- Desirable experience with RouteMatch, IntelliTransit360, ADP, Sage 100 ERP, Fleet Max, Fuel Master, WordPress, GoDaddy, Squarespace, and SpiceWorks.
- Optional certification: CompTIA Network.
Work Schedule
The position requires on-site work twice per week between Monday and Thursday, for at least 4 hours each day, with one day being a morning (9am – 1pm) and the other day an afternoon (1pm – 5pm).
