Job Title - Desktop Analyst
Duration - 3 months Temp to Perm
Location - Los Angeles, CA

Job Summary

The Desktop Support Technician will provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, peripherals, and other IT-related issues. The primary responsibilities include:

• Imaging PCs, laptops, and Macs using SCCM and Casper
• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing computer hardware, software, and peripherals
• Installing and configuring printers
• Activating network ports and performing desktop patching in IDF
• Supporting remote users and remote locations
• Assisting with user and departmental moves as required
• Providing technical and troubleshooting assistance to end users
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining workstations across hospital and clinic locations
• Maintaining records and spare equipment/parts inventory
• Preparing defective parts for shipment to manufacturers
• Participating in vendor training to maintain technical proficiency
• Performing on-call duties as required

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's degree in a related field preferred
• 6 months–2 years of IT/Desktop Support experience
• Hospital or healthcare IT experience is highly preferred
• Strong desktop hardware/software troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to perform on-call duties

• Kronos
