We are seeking a hands-on and customer-focused Deskside Technician to provide onsite IT support to end users. This role is responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, supporting workplace technology, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience supporting desktop environments in a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications

Set up and deploy new equipment, including imaging and device provisioning

Support users with Microsoft 365, email, and collaboration tools

Manage user accounts and access permissions (Active Directory, etc.)

Troubleshoot connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN)

Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment

Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures in ticketing systems

Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT teams when necessary
Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)

1–4+ years of experience in IT support or deskside support roles

Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
-
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools

Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
