Provide IT support within a large corporate environment.
Support desktop and laptop computers, including both Windows PCs and Macs.
Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
Troubleshoot and support mobile devices, printers, scanners, wireless connectivity, VPN access, and other peripheral devices.
Perform IMAC services, including the installation, movement, addition, and replacement of IT equipment.
Maintain equipment repairs, spare parts, and replacement components.
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
Maintain accurate system configurations and technical documentation.
Track and resolve customer incidents and service requests using the client's ticketing system.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues affecting Windows devices.
Perform user data backups, restorations, and migrations.
Provide Smart Hands support for networking, server, and telecommunications technologies.
Manage and audit IT equipment and asset inventory.
Research and follow appropriate knowledge base articles and documented procedures.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
Provide executive-level support when required.
Travel to and provide support at other client locations as needed.
Perform additional tasks associated with deskside services.
Complete other duties as assigned.
At least two years of corporate deskside support experience or equivalent technical experience.
Willingness to embrace innovative tools and technologies, including AI and IT health-monitoring software, to expedite issue resolution and improve the customer experience.
Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain composed while handling challenging, dynamic, and time-sensitive user support needs.
Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
Experience with computer imaging and data migration tools and processes, such as SCCM and Intune.
Experience supporting endpoint protection and encryption technologies, including BitLocker.
Familiarity with remote desktop support tools.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to walk, bend, and stand for prolonged periods and lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to maintain a physical presence at a Stefanini or client location throughout the assigned shift.
High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain a neat, professional work area and appearance in accordance with site policies.
Ability to pass a standard panel drug screening and background check.
Ability to adhere consistently to the assigned shift schedule.
CompTIA A+ certification.
Microsoft Certified Professional certification.
Understanding of Windows architecture, including permissions and file structures.
Experience supporting Mac and Apple devices.
Familiarity with basic networking concepts, including Active Directory and workstation-domain trust relationships.
