Tellus Equipment Solutions is seeking a Deskside Support Technician II to provide hands-on technical support across our corporate office and store locations.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair computers, hardware, and peripherals.
- Set up equipment and systems for new hires.
- Diagnose and resolve employee technology issues.
- Assist with basic network and system troubleshooting.
- Install approved software, updates, and drivers.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and service records.
- Provide onsite support at company locations as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous desktop, help desk, or technical support experience.
- Working knowledge of Windows-based systems, hardware, and peripherals.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to travel to company locations supporting Tellus locations across South and Central Texas as needed; mileage is reimbursed for business travel.
- Must be able to lift and move at least 40 lbs.
- Ability to accommodate occasional overnight travel.
