Our client is seeking a Deskside Analyst I in Las Vegas, NV. This position is a Contract-to-hire on-site overnight position.
Successful candidates excel at and enjoy:
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and business applications
- Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow
- Support Windows environments, Microsoft applications, Office 365, networking, and connectivity issues
- Deliver hands-on deskside support throughout the resort
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, peripheral, and network-related issues
Your previous experience includes:
- 2+ years of Service Desk, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Office 365, desktop hardware, and peripherals
- Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
SALARY - $24/hr.
Contract position with full-time hours with potential to convert
Must be available for weekends and overnight
