Desk Estimator


The Role
As a Restoration Estimator, you are the starting point of every successful project. This is a desk Estimator role that is in office, not in the field.

What You’ll Do

•  Estimate residential and commercial restoration projects with accuracy and urgency 
•  Build and manage estimates using industry-standard platforms 
•  Identify and document change orders and insurance supplements 
•  Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth execution 
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance professionals, business owners, and TPA partners 

What We’re Looking For

• Previous estimating experience or experience in a related field. 
•  Experience with estimating software such as Xactimate or Symbility (preferred) 
•  Strong attention to detail and ability to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy 
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel 
•  Strong communication skills—able to work with clients, carriers, and internal teams
