JOB TITLE: Designer

PAY RATE: $50-75/hour

Summary: 

• Design and release complex RF PCB layouts and circuit card assemblies

• Perform schematic capture and define RF transitions for PCB layout

• Collaborate with PCB designers, mechanical, thermal, stress, and manufacturing teams

• Develop and deliver schematics, PCB layouts, and assembly drawings

• Ensure designs meet performance, manufacturability, and reliability requirements

• Review and approve PCB and assembly drawings for compliance with standards

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical design and manufacturing issues

• Coordinate with external vendors and internal manufacturing teams

• Support design through release, fabrication, and assembly processes

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in RF PCB design

• Experience with PCB design, fabrication, and assembly processes

• Proficiency with Siemens Xpedition and integration with tools such as Ansys

• Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-2221, 2222, 2223, IPC-6012, 6013, IPC-600)

• Experience working with external vendors and manufacturing teams

• Strong understanding of electronics design standards and processes

• Ability to review engineering drawings, GD&T, and change management packages

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Technical documentation & drawing review

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
