Role and responsibilities: 

• Lead the college's strategic approach to supporting Looked After Children (LAC), Previously Looked After Children (PLAC) and other vulnerable learners, promoting personalised learning, wellbeing and positive progression.

• Act as the college's subject expert on LAC/PLAC needs, advising and supporting curriculum and support staff using trauma-informed and attachment-aware approaches.
