As our Designated General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our daily operations, cultivating a high-energy environment where exceptional guest experiences and seamless teamwork thrive. You will lead with passion, championing both front-of-house hospitality and back-of-house operational excellence to maximize profitability and elevate our brand.
Key Leadership Responsibilities
- Team Building and Coaching: Recruit, hire, and mentor a passionate hospitality team, fostering a service culture and developing a high-performance team.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the business unit through effective scheduling, inventory control, and cost control measures. Driving and supporting sales initiatives and profitability.
- Guest Hospitality: Actively engaging with guests and handling guest reactions and expectations with tact and professionalism.
- Quality Control: Inspire a culture of excellence in food preparation, strict food safety, and optimal sanitation standards.
- Culture & Accountability: Foster a positive work culture while fair-mindedly upholding restaurant policies and performance standards.
Required Skills
- Dynamic Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire a team, and keep cool under high-volume pressure.
- Exceptional Communication: Stellar interpersonal skills rooted in empathy, customer service, and team engagement.
- Operational Agility: Master-level organization and time management to navigate shifting floor priorities fluidly.
- Experience: Proven track record in restaurant environments, with previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable managing administrative tasks using a variety of technical systems.
