    Overview: The RF Pallet Design Engineer will design and test high power RF pallets and modules for various commercial, aerospace, and defense applications.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Work in a multi-disciplinary team across multiple locations to develop single- and multi-stage RF pallets and module products.
    • Be responsible for designing, simulating, building, and testing power amplifier pallets.
    • Work with product line managers to ensure customer specifications and timelines are met.
    • Collaborate with the device design team to optimize GaN high power amplifiers for customer specific applications.
    • Work with assembly team and product engineering team to ensure first prototypes meet manufacturability requirements and to transfer products to production.
    • Document, characterize, and release pallet products for high volume production.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Bachelor''s degree in electrical engineer, physics, or similar field with minimum 3+ years experience, or Master''s degree with minimum of 1+ years of experience
    • Familiarity with RF circuit architecture and RF module system design
    • Experience in advanced high power RF measurements, GaN power amplifiers, mixed signal systems, and/or power management circuits.
    • Familiarity with standard test equipment (network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, power meters, etc.) and strong hands-on RF test skills.
    • Experience with EDA/ECAD tools such as Keysight ADS, MWO, Altium, HFSS or similar simulations tools.
    • Familiarity with MCAD (Solidworks or AutoCAD) or thermal simulations a plus.
    • Experience with PCB layout and signal integrity analysis
