Design Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work in a multi-disciplinary team with multiple locations to develop products for the Macro BTS market.
- Design, simulate, build and tune high power amplifiers for Macro BTS.
- Design of ICs, package assemblies, and external matching for GaNSi high power amplifiers.
- Design, build and tune high power Doherty power amplifiers for BTS applications.
- Device and circuit design for improved Doherty friendliness and increased power and efficiency over frequency.
