Compensation
Start your career with paid training, hourly pay, commission earnings, and bonus opportunities for exceeding sales goals.
After successfully completing your training and establishing a strong sales record, you'll have the opportunity to transition into our 100% commission compensation program, offering uncapped earning potential. Our most successful Design Consultants regularly earn six-figure incomes.
Expected Earnings: $40,000 - $90,000+ annually
Top Earners: $100,000+ annually
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Assist clients with furniture, accessories, and design selections.
- Generate and manage business through CRM follow-up.
- Present product recommendations and pricing.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Follow up before and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience required.
- Furniture, interior design, or home furnishings experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays (closed Sundays).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
