The right person will have:1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, administrative support, design, project coordination, or a related fieldStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent organization and attention to detailStrong follow-through and the ability to keep multiple projects movingConfidence communicating with homeowners and prospective customersAbility to manage competing priorities without losing track of detailsA positive, professional, and solutions-oriented attitudeComfortable learning new software and technologyAbility to work independently while staying closely connected with the teamA genuine interest in design, residential construction, or outdoor livingExperience That Would Be HelpfulExperience in any of the following would be a plus:Residential constructionInterior or exterior designArchitecture or draftingPool or landscape designSales or customer serviceProject coordinationConstruction administrationReal estate or other customer-facing residential industriesExperience with design software, CRM systems, estimating software, or project management tools is also helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

Design AssistantPatriot PoolsFranklin, TN | Part-time | $22-$26 per hourPatriot Pools is a family-owned, custom pool and outdoor living company serving Franklin, Nashville, Brentwood, College Grove, Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities.We design and build custom pools and outdoor living spaces, guiding homeowners from their initial consultation through design, permitting, construction, and completion.
