Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team in
Agoura Hills, CA.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Surgical Dermatology
- Perform comprehensive full-body skin examinations.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of common skin conditions (acne, rosacea, rashes, warts, psoriasis, eczema, etc.).
- Confidently identify and manage skin cancers (BCC, SCC, and precursor lesions).
- Perform diagnostic biopsies, destruction procedures, and minor surgical procedures independently.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe necessary medications and therapies.
Cosmetics & Aesthetics (Preferred)
- Administer neurotoxins and dermal fillers with a natural, skilled approach.
- Perform aesthetic procedures including PRP therapy, microneedling, chemical peels, and laser treatments.
- Provide personalized cosmetic consultations and skincare recommendations.
Patient Care & Administration
- Educate patients on skin health, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with supervising dermatologists and clinical staff to maintain exceptional quality of care.
- Accurately document patient encounters and maintain medical records using our EMR system.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of direct, independent clinical and surgical dermatology experience as a PA or NP.
- Licensure: Current, active PA-C or NP license in the state of California in good standing.
- Certifications: Active DEA license and Board Certification (NCCPA for PAs or AANP/ANCC for NPs).
- Skills: Strong procedural capability, excellent EMR proficiency, and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $65.00 – $95.00 / hour base + generous percentage bonus on net collections
