The purpose of the class is to perform basic security or law enforcement duties in assigned division or unit of the Sheriff’s Department to help ensure the strict enforcement of state and local laws and County ordinances relating to public safety and welfare, and to perform related law enforcement work as required. This class works according to set procedures under close supervision.
Compensation Range: $16.54 - $26.44
