Role Overview
The Deputy Project Manager (DPM) supports the Project Manager throughout the entire project lifecycle-from firm bid through contract close‑out-while developing core project management skills across planning, engineering, procurement, communications, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, deliverable management, scope negotiation, progress reporting, and team coordination. Working under the guidance of the Director of Projects and the PM, the DPM helps ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget, with a strong focus on managing OEM scope for gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems. Project scopes range from single‑equipment supply contracts to full EPC projects involving consortium partnerships and integrated delivery of GTs, STs, generators, and HRSGs.
