This is a hands-on role supporting contract administration, customer orders, reporting, CRM management and coordination across sales, contracts, procurement and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as Deputy Program Manager for Vibrint's NASA SEWP VI contractSupport SEWP VI task requests, customer orders, reporting, training and program requirementsAssist with the administration of Vibrint's GSA Schedule and other federal contract vehiclesSupport coordination of RFQs, quotes, orders, modifications and delivery issues as neededTrack order activity, contract performance and required reportingMaintain contract data, pricing information, product eligibility and supporting documentationCoordinate with sales, contracts, procurement, finance and operations throughout the order lifecycleMaintain accurate customer, opportunity and order information within the company's CRMServe as a responsive point of contact for customers, government program offices and internal stakeholdersSupport audits, compliance reviews, proposals and contract modificationsHelp develop and improve internal processes, templates and reporting toolsProvide additional program, contract and operational support as neededQualificationsThree or more years of experience supporting federal IT contracts, program management or contract operationsExperience with NASA SEWP, ITES, GSA Schedule or similar government contract vehiclesExperience supporting government customer orders from initial request through deliveryFamiliarity with federal contract reporting, documentation and compliance requirementsStrong customer service, communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple contracts, orders and deadlines with close attention to detailExperience using CRM, order-management and contract-tracking systemsProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and TeamsBachelor's degree in progress or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experienceThe successful candidate will be organized, dependable and comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities while remaining flexible enough to support the broader needs of a growing government IT contractor.This is a remote position with occasional travel requirements.______________________________________________________________________Upon request the salary range for this job will be made available.
