JOB SUMMARY The Deputy Managing Director provides operational leadership for the Chicago Regionwide Community Information Exchange (CIE) by overseeing internal operations, coordinating organizational priorities, supporting executive decision-making, and ensuring strategic initiatives move efficiently from planning through implementation. Working closely with the Managing Director of the CIE, this position coordinates work across internal departments, consultants, vendors, finance, legal, contracts, human resources, communications, and technology functions while supporting organizational planning, budget coordination, procurement, staffing, governance activities, and implementation. The Deputy Managing Director serves as the CIE program’s operational integrator, ensuring that priorities remain aligned, decisions are operationalized, risks are proactively managed, and organizational resources are effectively coordinated to support the CIE program’s continued growth. This position is full-time, exempt, and reports to the Managing Director, CIE. IPHI’s standard work week is 37.5 hours. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Leadership
