Main Purpose of Job
The main purpose of this position is to serve as the Deputy Executive Director of Operations. In this capacity, the incumbent directly assists the SSA Executive Director in developing the administrationâs overarching vision, managing agency wide programs, and leading day-to-day operations.Â
POSITION DUTIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: A Bachelor''s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field.
Experience: Eight years of experience in administrative, operational, or managerial leadership within a large-scale public or private human services, social work, or health administration agency. This experience must include three years involved direct supervision of professional supervisory or managerial staff, and Two years of experience managing programmatic budgets, fiscal impact analysis, or contract lifecycle administration.

⢠Personal Leave- new State employees are awarded six (6) personnel days annually (prorated based on start date).Â
⢠Annual Leave â ten (10) days of accumulated annual leave per year.
⢠Sick Leave â fifteen (15) days of accumulated sick leave per year.
⢠Parental Leave â up to sixty (60) days of paid parental leave upon the birth or adoption of a child.
⢠Holidays â State employees also celebrate at least twelve (12) holiday per year.
⢠Pension â State employees earn credits towards a retirement pension.
