As a Deputy Design Manager, you'll support the delivery of complex transportation projects across the East Region, helping clients achieve successful outcomes through design-build and other alternative delivery methods. You'll work alongside experienced project leaders and technical experts while building your leadership skills on some of the industry's most impactful transportation programs.
In this role, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to help deliver high-quality transportation solutions from pursuit through project completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a transportation professional looking to take the next step toward a Design Manager role while gaining exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects, business development, project delivery, and team leadership.

The base salary range for this position is $111,500.00 to $195,100.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
