Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-driven Depot Service Logistics Specialist for a 3-month contract opportunity in Weston, FL with a global leader in medical technology and robotics. In this role, you will administer inventory, track critical materials, and ensure seamless workflow from receipt through inspection, servicing, and release. You will play a vital role within the Ortho Tech product family, interacting with enterprise systems to maintain high standards of traceability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, inspection, processing, and release of components, subassemblies, instrumentation, and full robotic systems within the Ortho Tech product family.
• Utilize SAP, ServiceMax, and local ERP systems to ensure strict parts traceability, inventory accuracy, and quality documentation.
• Interface daily with production, procurement, depot technicians, and systems experts to drive an integrated and efficient flow of materials.
• Control the physical and digital flow of goods and paperwork associated with core depot functions.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to scale customer service operations.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in logistics, inventory control, or depot operations medical capital equipment or medical device industry experience is highly preferred.
• Technical Systems: Proficiency and hands-on experience using enterprise systems such as SAP, ServiceMax, or Expandable.
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma continuous improvement principles is a plus.
• Automation: Previous experience working within automated warehouse or technical depot environments is preferred.
• Availability: Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday (7:30 AM 4:00 PM), with flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts as required by business demand.
