- Lead and manage the Beaumont depot with full responsibility for communication, organization, and performance.
- Own the depot's P&L and steer towards profitability and growth.
- Drive SHEQ compliance and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Plan and optimize operations for maximum equipment and operator utilization.
- Manage sales activities: maintain client relationships, prepare tenders, and achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and compliance with local standards.
- Coach and develop your team, identify recruitment needs, and lead annual performance reviews.
- Report to the Country/Business Unit Manager and collaborate with other Depot Managers and functional teams.
