What You'll Do:

• Review consumer and commercial deposit accounts, including DDA, savings, CDs, IRAs, and safe deposit box accounts, for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify that account documentation follows established policies, procedures, and applicable compliance requirements.
• Review Regulation CC holds and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Examine business account legal documents and Beneficial Ownership documentation for completeness.
• Complete quality control checklists for reviewed account types and accurately document findings.
• Identify, track, and communicate errors while monitoring corrections for timely completion.
• Provide quality control and operational support to banking center personnel.
• Use document management and workflow systems to process, import, index, and organize new account documentation.
• Review quality control email requests involving account maintenance, Beneficial Ownership changes, Notices of Action Taken, Adverse Action Notices, and other documentation.
• Conduct account and document research when additional investigation is required.
• Assist with scanning, correspondence, email communication, document preparation, and other administrative responsibilities.
• Support special projects and additional Deposit Quality Control functions as assigned.


What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of banking experience, preferably with a strong background in new accounts.
• Bank operations experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent education and/or relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of deposit documentation requirements across multiple consumer and business account types.
• Familiarity with banking regulations, deposit compliance requirements, Regulation CC, and BSA procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, research issues, and follow through on corrections.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple levels of banking personnel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Experience with document imaging, indexing, or workflow systems is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize assignments, meet deadlines, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
