Deposit Quality Control Specialist

Performs quality control reviews of new deposit account documentation and file maintenance using the file management case system, related documentation and approvals, and follow-up with branch employees to remedy exceptions. Work Hours: Flexible Part-time: 20-25 hours between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday.

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications:

• Performs quality control reviews of new deposit account documentation and file maintenance using the file management case system, related documentation and approvals, and follow-up with branch employees to remedy exceptions.

• Reviews high-risk areas such as holds, stop payments, or other areas as noted by internal audit recommendations.

• Knowledgeable on deposit programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while complying with all Federal and State compliance policies.

• Minimum of three years’ experience in bank operations or technology recommended.
