Brief Description
The Deposit/Treasury Management Operations Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing the functional areas of Deposit Operations, Wire Operations and Treasury Management. The position works closely with all employees and the branch staff to ensure all functions are performed within policy and procedures.
Duties/Responsibilities
· Oversees and manages Deposit/Treasury Management Operations department. Ensures Client Experience bank wide is consistent and offered with excellence across departments and provided training or develops policies/procedures/process, as necessary.
· Provides a full range of professional, technical and general support to customers and Bank personnel; assists customers with related application requirements such as file formats, parameters and overall product usage; handles routine inquiries and answers questions; provides step by step technical instruction and support via telephone, e-mail or in person; responds to customer inquiries or complaints and forwards messages as appropriate; trouble shoots and resolves problems within given authority.
· Takes ownership of the implementation process and coordinates all aspects of customer preparedness for product usage; accurately performs customer setups on the appropriate system; coordinates implementation efforts with other departments and vendors; makes changes to existing customer setups; prepares contracts and necessary documentation for customer signature; originates and maintains customer files; enters customer information into various computer programs; follows up on missing information of documentation; conducts daily callback of maintenance reports.
· Performs daily reviews, monitoring and analysis of various reports, logs, and transaction data to verify transactions, tracks trends, determine usage and profitability, and detect and report unusual or suspicious activity.
· Attends sales calls to prospective Treasury Customers with banking officers on a prescheduled basis.
· Research new or enhanced products/services.
· Assists in the development and implementation of new or enhanced products and services.
· Ensures that regulatory requirements are met, including Business Impact Analysis, Annual Risk Assessments for all treasury customers, Customer and Employee Awareness Training.
· Ensures that all audit findings are resolved.
· Ensures that technology is utilized in an optimum capacity, creating an efficient workflow.
· Assists in special projects and tasks for the department or other departments as directed.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in or related field, preferred.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
· 3-5 years' banking experience, preferably with at least two years or more of Treasury Management Supervisory experience.
Physical Requirements
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
