Qualifications

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in Release Management, Deployment Management, IT Operations, Project Management, or related disciplines.

• 3+ years leading enterprise-wide release and deployment activities across multiple technology teams.
• Experience managing production deployments in complex, highly integrated environments.
• Experience working within ITIL, Agile, DevOps, and Change Management frameworks.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of release management methodologies and deployment processes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Change Management and ITSM processes.
• Understanding of application development lifecycles, infrastructure operations, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Experience with risk assessment, issue management, and operational readiness planning.

Leadership Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
